INSIGHT SERIES RANGE
Insight Series alarm resolution systems offer the latest advancements in threat detection for next generation airport security checkpoints. The series features two variants: The InsightBLS identifies hazards in nonmetallic containers, and Insight300M (a next generation upgrade to the Insight200M) identifies threat materials in both metallic and nonmetallic containers. Both systems use spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (SORS)—a unique technology that identifies chemicals through opaque barriers. This capability provides clear, noninvasive chemical identification—significantly reducing risk to an operator and enabling appropriate threat escalation when necessary.
The combination of advanced SORS technology and proprietary algorithms delivers exceptional detection performance. Insight systems achieve one of the highest detection rates with the lowest false alarms currently on the market, offering reliable identification of liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs). Designed with the future in mind, the Insight Series is designed to meet current global regulatory standards such as ECAC Standard 3 Type A and B, and TSA BLS Standard.
