KGT, together with its partners, has been selected by the Kenya Airports Authority (“KAA”) to provide the Cargo Screening Solution for all incoming trucks to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport(“JKIA”) in Nairobi.
KAA intends to construct a Primary Screening Area to screen all vehicles entering the airport from passenger vehicles to cargo trucks. This will ensure the continued and improved security at JKIA. KAA has selected the Rapiscan Eagle G60 for the purposes of screening all cargo vehicles and trucks. The Eagle G60 is a a state-of the art X-ray screening system designed to screen vehicles of all size with excellent image quality, as well as class-leading automatic detection algorithms to ensure the highest levels of detection.
